As stated in the terms and conditions, please be aware that the deposit becomes non-refundable once the auction concludes and the vehicle(s) are awarded to you.

After paying the vehicle's value, it will be delivered in case of ownership transfer for vehicles that do not require direct inspection. For other vehicles, you can receive them through a reservation letter from an authorized exhibition by the General Traffic Department, or through the company's approved exhibitions.

After winning the vehicle(s) and paying the invoice, the ownership transfer for vehicles that do not require direct inspection should be completed immediately. You have a 48-hour window to do this. If this period is exceeded, a fee of 50 SAR per day will be charged as a parking fee for the unit car until collection or delivery.

The purchase invoice can be paid through the specified payment system using a card, bank transfer, or by using the provided payment reference number.
