Service Suspension and Termination

The Company, at its absolute discretion, will determine whether there has been a violation of these terms of use through your use of the digital auction site. In the event of a violation of these terms, the Company may take this action according to its discretion. Non-compliance with content standards constitutes a violation of these terms, which allows you to use the digital auction site. A violation of these terms may result in the company taking any or all of the following actions, at its discretion:

Immediate temporary or permanent suspension or withdrawal of your rights to use the digital auction site.
Immediate temporary or permanent removal of any material posted or uploaded on the digital auction site.
Issuing a warning to you.
Taking legal action against you to recover all costs on a compensation basis (including but not limited to administrative and legal costs) arising from such violation.
Taking further legal action against you.

Children Under 16
